Chicken Lo Mein

Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    2 chicken breasts- skinless, boneless
    bell pepper chopped
    onion chopped
    mushrooms chopped
    carrot chopped
    1 tbsp light soy
    1 tbsp light teryaki
    1 tsp sesame oil
    garlic
    lo mien noodles

Directions

Put garlic in pan with a small amount of cooking spray
Saute until light brown.
Add cut up chicken and 1 tbsp soy and teryaki- cook until done- remove from pan and set aside
Put veggies in- cook until tender
Add back chicken
Add remaining sauces
Cook noodles in salted water then mix into chicken mixture and serve.

Salt & Pepper to taste
