Introduction

Have some pancakes without the guilt! Have some pancakes without the guilt!
Number of Servings: 1

Ingredients

    1 banana
    2 eggs
    1 tsp vanilla
    cinnamon to taste

Tips

***Watch the batter carefully as it cooks; this batter is much more sensitive to heat than regular pancakes and can burn easily!


Directions

Preheat your griddle or frying pan to medium heat.

Mash all the ingredients together (I use my immersion blender to make it nice and smooth).

Lightly grease the pan with cooking spray and cook the batter just like regular pancakes.

Enjoy with syrup or fresh fruit
