Introduction

Everyone in the house loves these. I will add my owns herbs to them, to give them a different flavour, sometimes. Everyone in the house loves these. I will add my owns herbs to them, to give them a different flavour, sometimes.
Number of Servings: 12

Ingredients

    1.5 cups water
    2 tbsp honey
    1 tsp salt
    1 tbsp active yeast

    Warm water in bowl, add honey, sugar, and yeast-let sit for 5 minutes. Stir in flour until ball forms, knead until you think its ready. Put in bowl and let rise in warm spot for 20 minutes. Take out of bowl and divide into 12 sections- roll into bagels. Put onto baking sheet and let rise another 20 minutes. In the meantime pre-heat oven to 375 degrees and boil a pot of water. After 20 minutes of rising, place each bagel in boiling water for about 1 minute a piece. Place on a baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown. When finished baking brush them with olive oil. YUMMY!!
