Ingredients

    Egg substitute, liquid (Egg Beaters), .75 cup(remove)
    Applesauce, unsweetened, .5 cup(remove)
    *Organic All-Purpose White Flour, 2 cup(remove)
    *Whole Wheat Flour, 0.25 cup(remove)
    Almond Breeze Almond Milk, Unsweetened Vanilla, 8 oz(remove)
    Buttermilk, lowfat, .25 cup(remove)
    Granulated Sugar, .5 cup(remove)
    Apricots, fresh, 2 cup, halves(remove

Directions

Put apricots on bottom and sprinkle with cornstarch, nutmeg and Cinnamon

Pour batter over top.

Serving Size: makes 12 serviing in a 9 by 13 pan
