Deer meat (steaks or chops) - 3 pieces
Garlic powder - 1 tbs
Black pepper - 1 tbs
EVOO - 1 tbs
Butter - 1 tbs
Tips
I dont know why the calories are so high for the deer meat... sorry. Its not that high...their calculator is way off.
Directions
Rinse meat and pat dry. Season with garlic and pepper. In a preheated cast iron skillet, heat oil and butter. When rippling, add meat and cover. Cook on med to low for about 10 mins, turn and cook until your desired doneness.
