Chicken with Mushrooms and Rice

    Canned Chicken, 1 can, drained (5 oz)
    Cream of Mushroom Soup, 1 can (10.75 oz)
    White Rice, long grain, 1.5 cup
    Butter, salted, 1 pat (1" sq, 1/3" high)
    Salt, 1 tbsp
    Pepper, black, 1 tbsp
    Water 3 Cups


Chopped cooked chicken can be substitued for canned. Add any veggies to the rice.

Bring salted water to a boil, add butter and rice. Reduce to very low heat, cover for 15 minutes.
Add canned chicken and soup, stir. Salt and pepper to taste.
