Number of Servings: 1

Ingredients

    Kraft Jell-o Cook & Serve, Fat Free, Sugar Free Vanilla Pudding, 1 Lg box.

    1 cup Strawberries.

    1 Angel Food Cake (any size, but usually I use the round ones).

    1 Large Sugar-Free Cool Whip.

    Dole Pineapple Chunks in 100% Pineapple juice, No Sugar Added.

Tips

This can be used for any occasion, or just everyday, decorated up for showers, other parties, or just a picnic, it's good for any time of the year.


Directions

Prepare Kraft Jello-o Brand Fat Free Sugar Free Pudding, Vanilla using skim milk; let set for a moment.

Slice Strawberries and set aside.

Tear apart Angel Food Cake into pieces, place in a cake pan or bowl. Add pineapple chunks without the juice.

Add the pudding to the cake and pineapple, stir together.

Finish off by adding the Cool Whip to the mixture, stir and add sliced strawberries on top.
