Asian Shrimp Lettuce WrapsSubmitted by: MOONWSPR
1 (12 oz) bag stir fry frozen vegetables
3 garlic cloves, minced
1/2 lb shrimp peeled and deveined
1/2 cup Teriyaki marinade*
10 large leaves Bibb lettuce
Depending on size of shrimp used, cut into 3rd or quarters. Do not chop fine.
*Nutrition info from World Harbors Teriyaki marinade Hawaiian style.
Add shrimp; cook and stir 1 -2 minutes or until pink. Stir in Teriyaki and 1 Tbsp water; stir and simmer until heated through.
Spoon 1/4 cup vegetables onto each leaf of lettuce; fold in bottom and sides and roll to form wraps and serve
