    Cranberries, dried, sweetened (craisins), 0.66 cup
    Egg - Egg Land's Best Organic Eggs 1 egg
    peanut butter-Creamy Peanut Butter - from Jif, 1 cup
    Old Fashioned Quaker Oatmeal- Plain (1 & 1/2 cup dry)
    Brown Sugar, 1 cup, packed
    Baking Soda, 1/2 tsp


prep time does not include refrigeration time


~preheat oven to 350 degrees
~ cream together peanut butter, baking soda and brown sugar
~ mix in egg
~ mix in cranberries
~ stir in oatmeal until well mixed
~ place bowl in refrigerator for 20-30 minutes (optional)
~ spoon onto parchment lined cookie sheet and bake for 6-8 minutes at 350.
~ cool on wire rack

Serving Size: makes 20 cookies
