Yellow Cornmeal, 1.25 cup (remove)
*Wheat flour, white, all-purpose, unenriched, .75 cup (remove)
Baking Powder, 2.5 tsp (remove)
Salt, .5 tsp (remove)
Buttermilk, lowfat, 1.25 cup (remove)
Egg, fresh, 2 large (remove)
Honey, 2 tbsp (remove)
Kirkland Mexican Blend Cheese, 2 Cups(s) (remove)
Mix wet ingredients in one bowl and dry in another. Combine then mix in cheese.
These are kind of bland. I'd suggest using pepper jack or adding some diced canned green chilis.
