Ingredients

    Rolled Oats - 3 1/2 cups
    Honey 1/2 cup
    Butter 6 tbsp
    Ginger 1 1/2 tsp
    Nutmeg 1/2 tsp
    Pecans 1 cup
    Slivered Almonds 1 cup
    Sunflower seeds 1/2 cup
    Pumpkin seeds 1/2 cup
    Vanilla Extract 2 tsp
    Coconut 1 cup (sweetened)
    Cinnamon 2 tsp
    Salt 1/4 tsp


Tips

Use as topping on yogurt or eat as a breakfast cereal.


Directions

Mix all dry ingredients. Heat butter until it melts and add honey and vanilla extract. Preheat oven to 250 degrees and bake for 75 minutes
