Introduction

Using Stevia & Rice Malt Syrup in a tried and true recipe for good Health. Using Stevia & Rice Malt Syrup in a tried and true recipe for good Health.

Ingredients

    250 g unsalted butter 
    1 tbs Rice Syrup
    2/3 cup Hermesatas Stevia granulated
    4 cubes of lemon juice
    1 tsp natural vanilla essence
    2 tbs water
    4 eggs 
    2 cups of SR Flour
    1 cup coconut flakes

Tips

Cook 180/160


Directions

Cream butter, rice syrup, vanilla essence and Stevia together, the lightly beat
eggs, water and lemon cubes together, and add to the creamed mixture fold in the S.R. flour and coconut flakes.
Turn into prepared cake tin, I brush my tin with olive oil and dust with bread crumbs.
