250 g unsalted butter
1 tbs Rice Syrup
2/3 cup Hermesatas Stevia granulated
4 cubes of lemon juice
1 tsp natural vanilla essence
2 tbs water
2 cups of SR Flour
1 cup coconut flakes
eggs, water and lemon cubes together, and add to the creamed mixture fold in the S.R. flour and coconut flakes.
Turn into prepared cake tin, I brush my tin with olive oil and dust with bread crumbs.
