Oatmeal with Fruit

Introduction

Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    4 cups water
    1/4 tsp salt
    2 cups old fashioned oats
    1 tsp vanilla extract
    1/4 cup dried cranberries unsweetened
    4 dates chopped
    1/2 cup frozen blueberries unsweetened
    16 frozen strawberries
    1 cup frozen blackberries
    40 grams of Extra Virgin Coconut Oil

Directions

Add salt and oats to water in large 3 quart pan and bring to boil. reduce heat and cook for 5 minutes. Add Cranberries and dated to soften in hot oatmeal. Add vanilla and coconut oil. Mix well. Add frozen fruit and divide into 8 covered containers for breakfast everyday.
