Introduction

This recipe is from my Oster breadmaker book. This recipe is from my Oster breadmaker book.
Number of Servings: 16

Ingredients

    1 3/8 C water
    1 1/2 Tbsp butter
    1 1/2 tsp salt
    3 C bread flour
    1 C rye flour
    2 Tbsp packed brown sugar
    2 tsp active dry yeast


Directions

1. Measure and add liquid ingredients to the bread pan.
2. Measure and add dry ingredients (except yeast) to the bread pan.
3. Add the yeast to a well in the flour you make with your finger.
4. Follow other directions for your bread machine.

Serving Size: Makes 16 slices
