Flax Bread

Number of Servings: 16

Ingredients

    1/3 cup light olive oil
    1/2 cup water
    1 teaspoon salt
    1 Tbsp granulated sugar
    1 Tbsp baking powder
    5 large eggs beaten
    2 cups flax seed meal

Directions

Combine dry ingredients, add wet ingredients and mix well. Let sit for 2 or 3 minutes to thicken. Line a baking sheet with oiled parchment paper. Pour batter to 1/2 inch thickness
Bake 20 minutes at 350
