    1/2 c. frozen mango
    1/4 c. frozen blueberries
    1 Tbsp. ground flax
    1 Tbsp. honey
    6 oz. vanilla nonfat yogurt
    1/4 c. vanilla coconut milk
    1 scoop 1st Step Whey Protein Plus Vitamins, French Vanilla

Directions

Place all ingredients in blender and blend until smooth.
