Treehouse Bacon Breakfast Burrito

Introduction

A delcious, grilled breakfast burrito with eggs, bacon, provalone cheese, and a whole wheat tortilla. A delcious, grilled breakfast burrito with eggs, bacon, provalone cheese, and a whole wheat tortilla.

Ingredients

    2 eggs, omlette style
    1 slice provalone
    3 slices bacon, crisp
    Whole wheat tortilla
    (Optional: fresh spinach leaves)

Directions

Mix the eggs with a little spash of water until they're uniform in color. Cook them on high heat in a well-greased pan until they're almost cooked through. Flip over to cook the other side. Warm the tortilla in the microwave, wrapped in a moist paper towel, for 20-30 seconds, or until soft. place the eggs, provalone, and bacon on top. (You can add fresh spinach for extra nutrition). Roll up and grill for 45 seconds in a panini griller or in a hot pan until the tortilla gets lightly browned.

Serving Size: 1 large burrito cut in two pieces (2 servings)
