Chicken breast, canned 13 oz.
5 Tbsp. Mayo light (approx to taste)
1/4 cup onion, finely chopped
I squeeze lemon juice
1 hard boiled egg, finely chopped
Original recipe called for celery instead of onion, but I didn't have any celery. The egg really adds to the flavor.
Serving Size: Makes about 5 sandwiches
