Corn Bread

Ingredients

    1 cup all-purpose flour
    1 cup whole wheat pastry flour
    2 cups yellow cornmeal
    2 tbsp baking powder
    1 tsp salt
    2 tbsp flax seed
    4 eggs
    2 cups milk
    1/2 cup canola oil
    1/2 cup maple syrup

Directions

Combine all dry ingredients in a large bowl. In a medium bowl lightly beat eggs and add remaining wet ingredients. Poor egg mixture into dry mixture and stir until just combined, leaving lumps. Poor into a 13 x 9 inch greased baking pan. Bake at 425 degrees for about 20 minutes (until fork comes at clean).
