Peas, frozen, 3 cup
Olive Oil, 1 tbsp
Garlic, 2 cloves
Onions, raw, 1 medium
Vegetable Broth, 3 cup
Coconut Milk (Silk), 1 cup
Coconut, raw, 1 cup, shredded
*Garam Masala, .5 tbsp
Turmeric, ground, 1 tsp
Use fresh or frozen coconut - just not that imitation stuff. Bleck. I recommend serving with bread.
Add all other ingredients. Let simmer for 15 minutes.
