Ingredients

    4 cups canned chicken broth, low-sodium if desired
    1 tablespoon low-sodium soy sauce
    1/4 cup chopped green onion
    2 eggs, lightly beaten

Directions

1. Combine the broth, soy sauce, and green onion in a medium saucepan and bring to a boil.

2. Slowly pour the beaten eggs into the boiling broth. Stir whle cooking for about 1 minute and serve immediately.

Serving Size: makes 4 1-cup servings
