Introduction

Ingredients

    1 large can of crushed tomatoes
    6 cups vegetable stock
    1 can of whole white potatoes, rinsed and sliced
    2 12 ounce packages of chicken sausage, chopped
    1 head of cabbage, chopped
    1 large onion, chopped
    1 green bell pepper, chopped
    1 yellow bell pepper, chopped
    2 tablespoons minced garlic
    1 tablespoon garlic powder
    1 tablespoon onion powder
    2 tablespoons dry basil
    1 tablespoon dry Italian seasoning
    1`tablespoon dry parsley
    1/2 tsp black pepper
    2 tablespoons raw sugar

Tips

You will need a LARGE slow cooker for this one. Probably would be awesome topped with mozzarella cheese and served with garlic toast at a large gathering.

Directions

Prep all ingredients as listed (ie. chopped, minced). Place into slow cooker. Stir. Cover and let cook until all the veggies are done.
