1 lb red potatoes
1 lb zuccini
1 med yellow onion
1/2 cup kraft low fat italian dressing
1/2 lb low skim mozzerella chees
salt,
black pepper
oregeno to taste
Tips
Directions
slice and layer vegetables in a baking pan(with non stick spray) going first'
Add italian dressing
Layer cheese over top
Add salt and pepper to taste to mixture
Sprinkle oregeno over top of cheese
Bake at 350 45-60 minutes
Serving Size: will serve 6 as a side dish, recommend with chicken breast
