Group veal, pork and beeg
use a 1/4 cup round measuring cup to scoop out mixture
add all the other ingredients and blend well
scoop out meatballs and place on cookie sheet and chill in fridge.
You can fry these off if you like but we placed in our spaghetti gravy after the first 30 minutes of simmering.
Gentle place them in the pot but do not stir.
Simmer for 30 minutes covered.
Then gentle move them around the pot and continue cooking for another hour or two on a nice low simmer with lid on top.
Serving Size: makes 30 1/4 cup size meatballs
