Number of Servings: 3

Ingredients

    6 Egg Whites
    1 cup Old Fashioned Oatmeal
    1 Cup Cottage Cheese
    1TBSP Vanilla Extract
    1 TBSP Ground Cinnamon
    Combine all in bowl and mix
    Scoop 1/4 cup and place on heated griddle sprayed with Pam.
    Flip when done on underside...
    Add toppings and enjoy!

Add sugar free syrup, jam, or whipped topping!
