Baked Acorn Squash

Ingredients

    Acorn squash 1/2
    Sugar free syrup 1/4 cup
    Smart balance 3 tablespoons
    Pumpkin pie spice mix 1/2 tablespoon

Directions

Cut 2 squash in half
Clean out seeds
Put even amounts of smart balance in each
Sprinkle with pumpkin pie spice
Pour syrup equally over all 4
Bake on 400 degrees till tender, usually takes 90 to 120 minutes.
