Whole Grain Protein Pancakes

Ingredients

    *Bob's Red Mill - 10 Grain Pancake & Waffle Mix, 1 cup
    Applesauce, unsweetened, .25 cup
    Egg substitute, liquid (Egg Beaters), .25 cup
    *Designer Whey Protein - 100 Good for you Calories 100% Whey Protein Powder - 2 scoops
    Milk, nonfat (skim milk), .75 cup

Directions

Mix all ingredients together. Use no-calorie spray and a non-stick pan. Drop by 1/4 cup and flip half way through.
