Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    1=1/4 lbs of sirloin chunks or round steak(1" cubes)
    5 ribs of celery cut into 1/4" half rounds
    1 medium onion sliced into 1/4" thick
    1 green bell pepper cut into strips about 1/4" thick
    3 Tbsp low sodium soy sauce
    2 Tbsp corn starch
    2 Tbsp molasses

Tips

Serve over rice or noodles. I like ramin noodles (just the noodles) as they have quite a bit less carbs. The nutritional values for the rice or noodles need to be added.


Directions

Brown the meat before adding to the pressure cooker. Add the meat and juices to the pressure cooker along with 1 cup of water. Cook for 15 minutes at the 15 psi setting. Release the pressure quickly and add the vegetables, bring the pressure cooker back up to 15 psi for 15 more minutes. Now release the pressure remove the lid and add the soy sauce and corn starch mixture. Bring the pot back up to a boil to thicken the sauce. Once thickened add the molasses.

Serving Size: makes 6 approx. 1-cup servings
