Beef Stew

    3 32oz cartons Beef stock
    3.5 lbs Beef chuck, arm pot roast
    2 medium Onions
    6 large Potatos
    6 celery stocks
    2 tbsp Olive Oil
    3 cups chopped Green Peppers
    2 1/2 cups Carrots
    4 cups Water
    1/2 cup Flour
    1 tbsp Garlic powder
    1 tbsp Onion powder
    1/2 tbsp Black Pepper
    1 can Campbell’s Cream of Mushroom Soup
    2 cans Beefy Mushroom Soup
    2 cans Golden Mushroom Soup


Combine flour, garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper in a large black bag. Trim roast and cut into bite size pieces. Place meat into bag with flour mixture and shake until meat is coated with flour.
Heat olive oil in large stock pot. cook meat in oil until browned. Add chopped onion, bell pepper, carrots, and potatoes to pot. Add beef stock, water and soups. Stir until well combined. Bring to a boil, then reduce to medium heat and cook until potatoes and carrots are tender.
