Ingredients

    .5 cup of onion
    30 cherry tomatoes
    7 white mushrooms
    4 oz. extra lean ground beef
    6 sweet baby peppers
    1 pat of unsalted butter
    salt and pepper
    1.5 cups of penne pasta

Directions

Cook the penne pasta according to package directions. Cook the ground beef, onions, mushrooms and peppers.
Add in the cherry tomatoes, cooked pasta and the butter. Toss. Add salt and pepper and parsley flakes.
