Ingredients

    1 lb lean ground beef
    1 ob lean ground turkey
    one large red onion chopped
    one large red or green pepper chopped
    2 tbsp olive oil
    3 cloves garlic minced
    1 tbsp cumin
    3 tbsp chili powder
    1 can red kidney beans rinsed and drained
    3 cans diced tomatoes with juice

Tips

The longer it cooks the better it tastes


Directions

brown beef and turkey in olive oil
add onion and pepper
add spices
add garlic
add tomatoes
rinse beans then add
reduce heat to med low and simmer for up to 3 hours..
