IntroductionThese are quick to make and actually very yummy with cream cheese or fruit on top! These are quick to make and actually very yummy with cream cheese or fruit on top!
3 tbsp liquid egg whites
1/4 cup canned pumpkin
1/2 serving protein powder (I use Jay Robb vanilla)
nutmeg, cinnamon, etc.
Don't try to make the pancakes too big or they are very hard to flip.
2. Beat the egg whites in a small bowl until frothy and peaking. Fold or beat in the pumpkin-egg mixture.
3. Cook on griddle or sprayed pan, flipping when one side looks done.
Serving Size: makes 1 serving
