Introduction

These healthy cookies are easy to make and are excellent as a quick breakfast, snack or post-workout treat. These healthy cookies are easy to make and are excellent as a quick breakfast, snack or post-workout treat.

Ingredients

    3 bananas
    1 cup oatmeal
    1/4 cup unsweetened coconut flake
    3/8 cup chopped walnuts
    1/4 cup chocolate chips

Tips

Try mixing in other nuts, dried fruit or flavorings such as peanut butter or cocoa powder for a different twist.


Directions

Mash bananas and stir in all dry ingredients until evenly mixed. Spoon onto a greased cookie sheet and bake at 350 degrees for 15-17 minutes, or until firm.
