Refrigerator Fudge

Number of Servings: 24

Ingredients

    1 cup natural chunky peanut butter
    1/4 softened butter
    1/2 cup unsweetened coconut
    1/4 cup almond flour
    1/2 cup powdered erythritol
    3 oz unsweetened baker's chocolate
    1 tsp liquid stevia
    3 tbs half and half

Directions

Line 8x8 pan with parchment.

Mix first five ingredients and spread into pan.

Melt chocolate and half and half in microwave for about a minute. Stir til smooth and add stevia.

Spread on top of peanut butter mixure.

Cool in fridge for at least an hour.

Serving Size: 24 pieces out of a 8x8 pan
