Ingredients

Jell-O Sugar Free Raspberry Gelatin, 1 pckg
Jell-O Sugar Free Lemon Gelatin, 1 pckg
Jell-O Sugar Free Lime Gelatin, 1 pckg
Sugar Free Cool Whip, 8 tbsp
Ginger Ale, 8 fl oz, chilled
Diet Seven Up, 8 fl oz , chilled
Soda Water 8 fl oz, chilled
Boiling Water, 24 fl oz
Tips
Other flavors can be used and other carbonated drinks can be combined.
Plastic wrap can be placed over the top of the parfait classes.
Directions
Add 8 oz of boiling water to Lemon Gelatin
Stir until completely dissolved, 1-2 minutes
Place in refrigerator for 10 minutes to cool, be precise
Remove Gelatin from refrigerator and poor in 8 oz of ginger ale. Stir gently to combine, but do not lose carbonation.
Pour equal amounts of gelatin in the bottom of parfait glasses. Place glasses in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour.
Repeat the above process for the combination of the lime gelatin and diet seven up. Pour the lime mixture on top of the hardened lemon gelatin and place back in the refrigerator.
Repeat the above process for the combination of the raspberry gelatin and soda water. Pour the raspberry mixture on top of the hardened lime gelatin and place back in the refrigerator.
After the last layer is hardened, top with sugar free cool whip and server.
