Potato Salad

    2 potatoes
    1 hard boiled egg
    1tsp mustard
    1 tbs relish
    2 tbs lite mayo
    2 tbs onion
    2 tbs green pepper
    2 tbs celery
    1 tbs greek yogurt
    1 tsp splenda
    1 dash of salt
    1 dash of pepper


boil potatoes until tender. Boil eggs until hard boiled. Chop celery, green pepper and onions place in a bowl. Mix all other ingreidents in a bowl with the green peppers, onions and celery. Peel potatoes and eggs rinse with cold water. Chop potatoes and eggs when potatoes and eggs are done add them to the ingredients in the bowl mix all together.
