    Onions, raw, 1 medium (2-1/2" dia)
    Green Peppers (bell peppers), 1 cup, chopped
    *Imagine Organic Vegetable Broth, 3.5 cup (1 box)
    *Tomato products, Hunts Diced Tomatoes w/ Basil, Garlic, and Oregano, 3.5 serving (1 can)
    *Diced Green Chilie, 8 tbsp (1 small can)
    *Cumin seed, 2 tbsp
    Chili powder, 1 tbsp
    Bush's, Black Beans, 3.5 cup (1 can)
    Sweet Corn, Canned, 1 cup
    Hot Pepper Sauce, 1 tsp
    Salt, 1 tsp
    Pepper, black, 1 dash

1. Heat oil in bottom of soup pot. Microwave chopped onion and bell pepper until tender. Add to soup pot.
2. Add broth, tomatoes, beans and corn. Stir and bring to boil.
3. Add chilies, salt and pepper, cumin, chili powder and hot sauce. Stir
4. Simmer for another 10 + minutes and serve with cheese and tortilla chips on top (optional - not included in calorie count)
