Homemade Protein Bars

Ingredients

7 Scoops Vanilla or chocolate protein powder
2 c quick oats
5 T (1/3 Cup) sliced almonds
1/4 c mini choc chips
3 T honey
3 T natural Peanut Butter
add water to good consistency.(about 3/4 Cup)
Tips
Depending on size of bars cut about 170 cal and 32 g protein per serving!
Directions
Flatten it down on a decent sized baking pan and place it in the freezer. Let sit for at least 4-6 hours. Take it out and make cuts in the size of bars(your preference). Now put it in the fridge this time and let sit for a few hours.
