Chicken & Rice Casserole

Ingredients

    Brown rice (2 cups cooked)
    *Kraft Shredded 2% Mexican Four Cheese blend, 2 cup
    Chicken Breast (cooked), no skin, 8 ounces
    *Carnation Evaporated Fat Free Milk 12 oz
    *Vidallia Onion, Raw, 1 medium onion (148 grams)
    Egg, fresh, 2 large
    *cilantro (fresh), 0.25 cup
    Land O Lakes, Light Butter, Salted, 2 Tbsp
    *Old El Paso Chopped Green Chile, 2 tbsp

Tips

Can exchange jalapenos for the chiles for a spicier dish or use leftover turkey instead of chicken.


Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. grease 2 qt. casserole dish.
Combine ingredients well in dish.
Bake for 45-50 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean.
