Ingredients

    1 cup shredded brussels sprouts
    2 rashers lean smoky bacon
    1 clove garlic
    1 tbsp olive oil

Tips

Great way to get the kids to eat brussels sprouts!


Directions

Heat oil in a wok, add chopped bacon and crushed garlic and fry for a few minutes. Add shredded brussels sprouts a handful at a time and stir-fry together.
