Ingredients

    A sm handful of spinach, a small apple cored and sliced, a few strawberries, a few frozen blueberries, a half c of almond or coconut milk unsweetened, and 1 t of nut butter (on days when you need to stretch duration). Throw in blender and mix until blended.
