1/2 Cup Dry Oatmeal
1/2 Cup Oat Bran
1/4 Cup Flaxmeal (or ground flax seed)
2 Tbl Chia Seed
1 tsp Cinnamon
1/4 Cup Honey
1/3 Cup Almond Butter
1 tsp Vanilla Extract
You can sub all oatmeal for oat bran. Its a very versatile recipe to which you can add all kinds of healthy yumminess, like dried cranberries, mini chocolate chips, flax seeds, etc.

Combine wet ingredients (honey, almond butter, and vanilla extract) in microwave safe bowl. Heat in microwave for 1 minute. Stir heated wet ingredients.
Add wet ingredients to dry and combine well till all dry ingredients are incorporated. Spoon onto plate covered in wax paper and store in the fridge. Makes between 12-16 servings depending on size of balls.
You can eat them right away or after they have chilled.
