Italian Zucchini and Ground Beef

Introduction

Who needs noodles? This takes care of my spaghetti cravings. Who needs noodles? This takes care of my spaghetti cravings.
Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    3 zucchini, sliced
    1 jar aldi marinara
    1/2 pound of ground beef, browned
    1 cup of mushrooms, sliced
    1/2 onion, chopped
    4 oz mozarella sliced
    some garlic
    some red pepper flakes

Directions

Steam the zucchini and mushrooms. Set to the side and let the watery liquid drain for 1/2 hour. Meanwhile fry ground beef and onions together. Spray a 9x9 dish with cooking spray. Mix ground beef and zucchini mixtures together in the dish with marinara sauce. I like a few red pepper flakes in mine. Top with mozarella and pepper rings. Bake for about 30 minutes.
