Introduction

Tortillas, chicken or turkey breast and Pico de Gallo without the onion and light cheese - voila! Tortillas, chicken or turkey breast and Pico de Gallo without the onion and light cheese - voila!
Number of Servings: 5

Ingredients

    5 Dempster WW Tortillas (34 gr - medium)
    5 oz Turkey breast
    1 avocado - diced
    1/2 Large green pepper - diced
    1 Tomato - diced
    2 tbsn BBQ sauce (optional but in calculation - see tips)
    75 gr light cheese shredded
    Cilantro (to taste)

Tips

I used BBQ sauce because my kids did not want it too spicy - My suggestion: omit the BBQ sauce and replace by tabasco sauce or roasted jalapenos...


Directions

Preheat oven to 375. Spray a baking sheet with nonstick spray.
Chop and mix veggies together. Add the BBQ sauce. Set aside.
One at a time, spread half each tortilla with turkey breast, veggies and cheese. Fold in two and place on the baking sheet.

Bake until crispy, 14 - 16 minutes. (Donít worry if they crack a little.) Enjoy!
