Ingredients

1 C Quick Cooking Oats
1/2 C Steel Cut Oats
1/2 C Whole Grain Old Fashioned Oats
1/4-1/2 C packed Brown Sugar
1 C Flour
3/4 t salt
3/4 C dried craisins/raisins/cherries/blueberries
2 t Vanilla
1/3-1/2 C Honey
1/2 C Canola Oil
1 egg
Tips
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Generously grease jelly roll pan with spray canola oil. In large bowl, mix together the dry ingredients. Make a well in the center, pour in wet ingredients. Mix well. Pat inxture evenly into greased pan. Bake for 15-20 minutes--until the bars start turning golden. Cool for 5 minutes, then cut bars while still warm. Let bars cool completely and cover.
