Introduction

Really close to the taste of ice cream. The banana take on the flavor of the fruit you add. Really close to the taste of ice cream. The banana take on the flavor of the fruit you add.

Ingredients

    Banana, frozen, slightly thawed about 10 minutes.
    Blueberries, frozen, slightly thawed about 10 minutes

Tips

I have substituted blueberries with many other additives, fruits, nuts, dark chocolate chips, peanut butter. Just have to account for the calorie contents of the ingredients you use.


Directions

I use a Yonannas machine, but also used a blender.
Add all ingredients in machine or blender. Tap down in blender until consistency of ice cream.
