Ingredients

    1 cup canned chopped tomatoes
    onions
    peppers
    garlic
    olive oil
    skim mozzarella

Tips

You can add other vegetables to this sauce and make it even better. An example is mushrooms, celery or shredded carrots.


Directions

Put garlic, onion and peppers into a saucepan that you have put the olive oil in and saute until tender. Add the chopped tomatoes and cook until heated through. Spoon over any type of pasta that you like and top with a small amount of part skim mozzarella and serve. You can season with italian seasoning and salt and pepper if you desire but the garlic should be enough.
