Number of Servings: 12

Ingredients

    1/2 cup Flax meal
    1.5 cups Almond meal
    1 Tbsp baking powder
    1/4 tsp salt
    1 tsp nutmeg
    1 tsp cinnamon
    1/2 cup Splenda Brown Sugar
    1/4 cup Sugar Free Syrup (Irish Cream)
    1/2 cup butter
    4 eggs
    1/2 cup water

    Bake at 350 for 20 minutes - 12 large muffins

Tips

Original recipe had frosting, these are moist and great all by themselves.


Directions

Mix dry ingredients first, then add wet, pour into greased muffin tin, Bake at 350 for 20 minutes.
