Killer Cheesecake

Ingredients

    6-8 oz. low fat cr. cheese
    6 eggs
    1.5 c. sugar
    1 oz. lemon juice
    2 t. vanilla

    Crust:
    1.25 c. crusher graham crackers
    1 T. unsweetened cocoa
    .25 c. sugar
    1 t. cinnamon
    3 T. unsalted butter

Tips

Really need to use exact pan size here. Sorry, I can't help you to know how to convert recipe if not using this size. Also sorry, I havent listed the size or even weight of each slice. The whole thing is so rich, use your own judgement. I promise you will love this cheesecake!


Directions

Crust:
crush 1 c. granham crackers. add cocoa, cinnamon, sugat and butter Press into 10 1/4 x 2 3/4 inch spring form pan.
Cake:
Beat rm. temp. cr. ch alternantly w/ eggs. Mixing well after each addition. Add remaining ingr. and mix well. Pour into crust.
Bake 450 degrees for 30 minutes. No longer than 35 minutes!
