Introduction

Use ground turkey in place of the usual beef, and instant mashed potatoes to make a quick weeknight casserole. Use ground turkey in place of the usual beef, and instant mashed potatoes to make a quick weeknight casserole.

Ingredients

    1 lb ground turkey (93% lean)
    1 can cream corn
    1 pouch Idahoan buttery mashed potatoes prepared

Directions

Brown the turkey in a non-stick skillet. Prepare the mashed potatoes in microwave according to instructions. Add desired seasonings to turkey. Layer turkey in 9X9 glass casserole dish, followed by creamed corn, and topped with potatoes. Bake in 350 degree oven for 30 minutes.
